# Privacy, security and your data

> How to request, export or delete your data, remove Facebook and Instagram data, get a data processing agreement and report a security issue to Stipl.

This page explains how to make a request about your data, get a data processing agreement and report a security issue. Requests about your data and data processing agreements go to [privacy@stipl.studio](mailto:privacy@stipl.studio), and security reports to [hello@stipl.studio](mailto:hello@stipl.studio). The subject lines below help us route your email.

## Make a request about your data

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict how it is used, or withdraw your consent. Do what you can yourself in **Settings**. For anything else, email [privacy@stipl.studio](mailto:privacy@stipl.studio). We reply within 30 days.

## Delete your Facebook and Instagram data

Email [privacy@stipl.studio](mailto:privacy@stipl.studio?subject=Delete%20my%20Facebook%20and%20Instagram%20data) with the subject **Delete my Facebook and Instagram data**, and tell us which Page or account to remove. We delete it within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

If you commented on a post managed with Stipl, ask the Page owner, or email us. We pass the request on and delete our copy.

## Get a data processing agreement

Email [privacy@stipl.studio](mailto:privacy@stipl.studio?subject=DPA%20request) with the subject **DPA request** to get a signed data processing agreement for your organisation or your clients.

## Report a security issue

Email [hello@stipl.studio](mailto:hello@stipl.studio?subject=Security) with the subject **Security**. Include what you found and how to reproduce it, and give us a chance to fix it before you tell anyone else.
